Privacy Policy

This site is run by CC Solution Services, based in Plainfield, Illinois. It describes what this website does today. It is written plainly rather than defensively, and it will be updated as the product grows.

The short version

Two things on this site collect anything: the live demo and the waitlist form. There is no advertising, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no cookies set by us. We do not sell or share personal information, and there is nothing to sell — we deliberately store almost nothing.

The live demo

When you type a message into the demo, it is sent to a small program we run on Netlify, which forwards it to Anthropic's Claude API and returns the reply to your browser.

• We do not store your conversation. There is no database behind the demo. Your messages exist for the length of the request and are gone.
• Anthropic processes the text. Their handling is governed by their own policies, not ours. Don't put anything confidential, personal, or sensitive into the demo — it is a public toy, not a private channel.
• Your IP address is held briefly in memory to rate-limit abuse. It is not written to disk, not linked to anything, and disappears within about a minute.
• If something breaks, the error is logged — the status code and message only, not your conversation.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store the email address you type and which part of the page you clicked from (so we know what people are actually interested in). That's the whole record. Submissions are held by Netlify Forms on our behalf.

We will use it to contact you about SKYLR. Nothing else, and nobody else gets it. To be removed, email coryc@cc-solutionservices.com and it's deleted — no hoops.

What your browser stores

We set no cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage for exactly one thing: remembering whether you switched the ambient sound on. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

Who else is involved

• Netlify hosts the site and, like any web host, records standard server logs including IP addresses.
• Anthropic processes demo messages, as described above.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces, which means your browser requests them from Google.

That is the complete list. If it changes, this page changes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. In practice the only thing we hold is a waitlist email address, and the email above will get it removed. We will not make you jump through a process to exercise a right.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

When this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes affecting anyone on the waitlist will be sent by email.

A note on this document. It was written to describe accurately how this site actually works, not to satisfy a specific legal regime. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before SKYLR is sold, or if it starts handling customer business data, this needs a proper review.
