Terms
Effective September 19, 2026
This site is operated by CC Solution Services, Plainfield, Illinois. By using it you agree to what's below. It's short because the site currently does very little: it shows you what SKYLR is, lets you talk to a demo, and takes your email if you want to be told when it's ready.
SKYLR is in development. This website is a preview. Nothing here is a purchase, a subscription, or a promise of a delivery date. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing — and commits us to nothing beyond getting in touch.
The demo is a demonstration, not a service. It runs on a limited number of messages, may be slow, may be switched off, and may be changed or removed at any time without notice.
The merch shown on this site is not yet for sale. When it is, ordering, payment, shipping, and returns will be handled by a separate store with its own terms, and those terms will govern any purchase.
The SKYLR name, the character, her likeness and artwork, the writing on this site, and its design are owned by CC Solution Services. Please don't reuse them without asking. You keep whatever you type into the demo.
SKYLR is built on Anthropic's Claude. Anthropic is not affiliated with this site and does not endorse it.
This site and the demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise it will be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, CC Solution Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the demo, or from relying on anything it tells you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site means the updated terms apply.
A note on this document. It was written to describe honestly what this site does and does not offer. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before SKYLR is sold as a product — subscriptions, payments, customer data — this needs replacing with terms drafted for that.
